Yooha holds an LLB with Honours from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom.

Prior to joining SHC, Yooha has concluded her legal training at a tier 1 leading law firm in the Maldives.

Recent Experiences:

• Assisting the firm in numerous multi-million-dollar loan transactions for offshore lenders.
• Assisting in the acquisition of hotels, islands and lagoons by foreign multinational groups.
• Translation of legal acts, cases and regulations from Dhivehi to English Language.
